Ethics & Professionalism

ACI Suisse supports the integrity and proper functioning of the financial markets, either directly or via its membership of ACI FMA and requires its members to conduct themselves in an ethically correct and professional manner.

Education

ACI Suisse offers its members both professional training and information and enables its members to meet one another.

Guiding Principles from the president

Daniel Wyss

President

  1. Innovating Tradition
We honour where we come from. ACI Suisse has a proud history, and we are privileged to have the Legends Club that reminds us of the depth of experience and contribution across our network. But tradition should not be static – it must evolve. We aim to cherish our roots while innovating how we engage our members. This means offering thoughtful, relevant insights and creating value in new and meaningful ways for our community.
  2. Driving Growth
ACI Suisse can and should grow. Not just in numbers, but in reach, relevance, and impact. We will activate our networks and work with partners across the industry to attract new members, especially younger talent, and make our organisation even more diverse, vibrant, and representative of the market we serve.
  3. Leading Change
The world is changing rapidly, and so must we. That means rethinking what’s possible. It means listening more actively – especially to voices that have not always been heard as loudly. We’re already taking steps: integrating the ACI Next Generation Committee more closely into board discussions and being more intentional in how we support the development of female members in our industry. Inclusion is not a box to check – it’s a commitment we’re making because it’s right, and because it strengthens us all.
